Delivery

We are based near Leeds in West Yorkshire and offer a local and Nationwide delivery service on most of our products. We aim to deliver locally within 3 – 7 days and nationwide within 10 – 14 days.

We offer local delivery from £20 usually within 3 – 7 days and Nationwide delivery is £150 with delivery in 10 – 14 days using pallet network.

Once your order has been placed you will be contacted by our sales team to arrange a convenient delivery date. If you need your order delivered before a certain date please feel free to contact your nearest branch before ordering to see if this can be arranged. We aim to deliver within 3 – 7 working days of the order being placed. For Nationwide deliveries please allow 10 to 14 days.

Please note delivery times may be extended during weeks that contain Bank holidays and over the Christmas period.

Sheds, log cabins and summerhouses are subject to their own delivery timescale, please ask at point of order regarding delivery times.

Delivery is kerbside, which means that we will leave your goods as close to the front of your property without them being on the pavement or road, for example a front lawn or driveway. We do not deliver to back gardens. Nationwide deliveries by couriers will be delivered on a large pallet that will need to be unpacked by the customer.

We deliver between 8.00am & 5.00pm on weekdays and between 8.00am & 12.00pm Saturdays. We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Any order can be collected from the Factory outlet between normal opening hours. Please select click and collect at the checkout and select the branch which best suits you. You will be contacted and given a collection date. If goods are transported to a branch other than Castleford they will be held at that branch for 7 days and if not collected then returned to Castleford and a charge will be made for returning to the collection branch if you still require.

It is always best if someone is there to accept the order, however we will deliver at your own risk if there is no one on site.

Following receipt of your order our sales team will contact you within 48 hrs to arrange a convenient delivery date. If we are unable to contact you or leave a message we will email you with the telephone number of the head office to contact us to arrange the delivery.
