"Needing a small amount of fencing, and living where I do it was convenient and easy for me to visit the local B&Q, whilst pricing the items required a fellow shopper advised that timber was a lot cheaper at your Hunslet outlet. With this in mind I visited and requested prices for the list I had. Ian, looked at my list, queried what I was doing and recommended what was best for me, being in my car I expressed difficulty in transporting lengths of 3.6 metres, he then offered to cut so I could transport, this was not necessary as the price he quoted for the timber was half of what I would have paid at B&Q, and including the delivery charge was still considerably less. So all in all a very satisfied customer, but what put the icing on the cake was the attentiveness of your staff Ian in his manner in dealing with me, and the delivery driver with his attitude to helpfulness on delivering the goods It's not often in this day and age that you come across staff with this level of commitment to their job and it was a pleasure to deal with them.
