At under 2.5m in height, it requires no planning permission, but we recommend double-checking with your local authority.

Crafted with top-notch features, The Duncombe comes with 21mm Scandinavian redwood pressure treated T&G cladding, a vapour barrier, and 19mm T&G flooring. It boasts a rubber roof supported by 75×50 joists, PVC double doors, and a landscape window, also the building is insulated using 40mm insulation and clad with 12mm untreated T&G board.

NOTE – Up to 10′ frontage includes French doors and 1 landscape window.12′ and over frontage includes French doors and 2 top opening windows.
